Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XK RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,315 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XK-associated genes across cancer lineages are LANCL3, MAP3K21, and OCRL. Each is linked with XK in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XK-to-partner and partner-to-XK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XK versus LANCL3 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XK→partner) and Y-score (partner→XK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
