XK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,539 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VPS13A_S1416, RAB31, and CAMSAP3. Each is linked with XK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XK-to-partner and partner-to-XK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XK versus VPS13A_S1416 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XK→partner) and Y-score (partner→XK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
