Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,717 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XK-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR663B, MIR514B, and PPIL2. Each is linked with XK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XK-to-partner and partner-to-XK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR663B grouped by XK-low versus XK-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XK→partner) and Y-score (partner→XK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
