Across TCGA cell cohorts, XK RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,921 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dentinogenesis, Lipoxygenase pathway, and ER-nucleus signaling pathway. Each is linked with XK in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XK-to-partner and partner-to-XK results are reported.
