Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, XK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XK-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCF21, NPSR1, and KRTAP12-3. Each is linked with XK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XK-to-partner and partner-to-XK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCF21 grouped by XK-low versus XK-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XK→partner) and Y-score (partner→XK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
