Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, XIRP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated XIRP2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher XIRP2 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated XIRP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and UCEC show a favorable association.

LUAD, ESCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where XIRP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
