XIRP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XIRP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,384 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XIRP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPEG_S390, FILIP1L_S1035, and KIAA0930_S267. Each is linked with XIRP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XIRP2-to-partner and partner-to-XIRP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XIRP2 versus SPEG_S390 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XIRP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→XIRP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
