Across TCGA patient cohorts, XIRP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,914 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XIRP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENHO, HCAR3, and MIR762HG. Each is linked with XIRP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XIRP2-to-partner and partner-to-XIRP2 results are reported.
