Across TCGA patient cohorts, XIRP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 111 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XIRP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, ASNS, and PCNA. Each is linked with XIRP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XIRP2-to-partner and partner-to-XIRP2 results are reported.
