Across TCGA cell cohorts, XIRP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,240 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XIRP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Renal tubular secretion, Positive regulation of nitric-oxide synthase activity, and Synaptic transmission, glycinergic. Each is linked with XIRP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XIRP2-to-partner and partner-to-XIRP2 results are reported.
