XIRP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, XIRP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,308 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XIRP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PYROXD1, HIPK4, and INTS8. Each is linked with XIRP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XIRP2-to-partner and partner-to-XIRP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PYROXD1 grouped by XIRP2-low versus XIRP2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XIRP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→XIRP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
