XDH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XDH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,457 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XDH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACOT11, BCAR1, and EPS8L1. Each is linked with XDH in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XDH-to-partner and partner-to-XDH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XDH versus ACOT11 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XDH→partner) and Y-score (partner→XDH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
