Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XDH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,039 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XDH-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIPK, ITGA3, and PDZK1IP1. Each is linked with XDH in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XDH-to-partner and partner-to-XDH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XDH versus LIPK in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XDH→partner) and Y-score (partner→XDH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
