XDH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XDH mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XDH-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, 4E-BP1, and ATM. Each is linked with XDH in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XDH-to-partner and partner-to-XDH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by XDH-low versus XDH-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XDH→partner) and Y-score (partner→XDH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
