XDH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, XDH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 822 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XDH-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCE6A, LCE2B, and C12orf40. Each is linked with XDH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XDH-to-partner and partner-to-XDH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCE6A grouped by XDH-low versus XDH-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XDH→partner) and Y-score (partner→XDH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
