Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, XCR1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated XCR1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher XCR1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated XCR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

HNSC, OV, and PRAD are the cancer types where XCR1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
