Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XCR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,623 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XCR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP15, ARHGAP25, and ARHGAP30. Each is linked with XCR1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XCR1-to-partner and partner-to-XCR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XCR1 versus ARHGAP15 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XCR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XCR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
