Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XCR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,138 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XCR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7702, SAP30, and TMEM126A. Each is linked with XCR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XCR1-to-partner and partner-to-XCR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7702 grouped by XCR1-low versus XCR1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XCR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XCR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
