Across TCGA patient cohorts, XCR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XCR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with XCR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XCR1-to-partner and partner-to-XCR1 results are reported.
