Across TCGA cell cohorts, XCR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 370 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XCR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vascular associated smooth muscle cell differentiation, Positive regulation of macroautophagy, and Positive regulation of hair follicle development. Each is linked with XCR1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XCR1-to-partner and partner-to-XCR1 results are reported.
