Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, XCR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XCR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR7G2, CCL19, and ASCL4. Each is linked with XCR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XCR1-to-partner and partner-to-XCR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR7G2 grouped by XCR1-low versus XCR1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XCR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XCR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
