Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, XCL2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated XCL2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher XCL2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated XCL2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where XCL2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
