Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,975 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are URGCP, TGFBRAP1, and EGFR. Each is linked with XBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XBP1-to-partner and partner-to-XBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XBP1 versus URGCP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
