Across TCGA patient cohorts, XBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4+ Tem, CMP, and Erythrocytes. Each is linked with XBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XBP1-to-partner and partner-to-XBP1 results are reported.
