XAGE1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XAGE1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,626 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XAGE1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition, Endonucleolytic cleavage of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), and GMP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with XAGE1A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XAGE1A-to-partner and partner-to-XAGE1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XAGE1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→XAGE1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
