XAGE1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, XAGE1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,654 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XAGE1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are XAGE1B, CSMD1, and PAGE5. Each is linked with XAGE1A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XAGE1A-to-partner and partner-to-XAGE1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XAGE1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→XAGE1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
