Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, XAF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,688 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible XAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OASL, ETV7, and DDX58. Each is linked with XAF1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XAF1-to-partner and partner-to-XAF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, XAF1 versus OASL in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
