XAF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, XAF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,553 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX6A1P3, VCY1B, and EIF4A3P1. Each is linked with XAF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XAF1-to-partner and partner-to-XAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX6A1P3 grouped by XAF1-low versus XAF1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (XAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→XAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
