Across TCGA cell cohorts, XAF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,660 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XAF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intracellular receptor signaling pathway, Negative regulation of viral genome replication, and Negative regulation of immune response. Each is linked with XAF1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XAF1-to-partner and partner-to-XAF1 results are reported.
