Across TCGA cell cohorts, XAF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible XAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPHS2, BMP15, and KRTAP3-3. Each is linked with XAF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both XAF1-to-partner and partner-to-XAF1 results are reported.
