WWTR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WWTR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,783 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WWTR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAB23, ACTN1, and TLN1. Each is linked with WWTR1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WWTR1-to-partner and partner-to-WWTR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WWTR1 versus RAB23 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WWTR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WWTR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
