Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WWTR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,261 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WWTR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD115-2, RNU1-130P, and RN7SL722P. Each is linked with WWTR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WWTR1-to-partner and partner-to-WWTR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD115-2 grouped by WWTR1-low versus WWTR1-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WWTR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WWTR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
