WWTR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WWTR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WWTR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HER3, JNK2, and Rad50. Each is linked with WWTR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WWTR1-to-partner and partner-to-WWTR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HER3 grouped by WWTR1-low versus WWTR1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WWTR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WWTR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
