The most reproducible WWTR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to early endosome, Positive regulation of protein localization to early endosome, and Potassium ion transmembrane transport. Each is linked with WWTR1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WWTR1-to-partner and partner-to-WWTR1 results are reported.
