WWP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WWP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,662 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WWP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS6, EDC4, and AGFG2. Each is linked with WWP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WWP2-to-partner and partner-to-WWP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WWP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WWP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
