WWP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WWP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 399 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WWP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNU13, NKX2-6, and SCRT2. Each is linked with WWP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WWP2-to-partner and partner-to-WWP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WWP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WWP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
