WWP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WWP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,077 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WWP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RMDN1, PLEKHF2, and YTHDF3. Each is linked with WWP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WWP1-to-partner and partner-to-WWP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WWP1 versus RMDN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WWP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WWP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
