Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WWP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,649 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WWP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DYNLL2, LIPG, and ZC4H2. Each is linked with WWP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WWP1-to-partner and partner-to-WWP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WWP1 versus DYNLL2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WWP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WWP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
