WWP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WWP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WWP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, mTOR, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with WWP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WWP1-to-partner and partner-to-WWP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by WWP1-low versus WWP1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WWP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WWP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
