WWC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WWC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,907 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WWC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNIH1, BCAS2, and EIF2B2. Each is linked with WWC3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WWC3-to-partner and partner-to-WWC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CNIH1 grouped by WWC3-low versus WWC3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WWC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→WWC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
