Across TCGA patient cohorts, WWC3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 83 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WWC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, Rad50, and RAD51. Each is linked with WWC3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WWC3-to-partner and partner-to-WWC3 results are reported.
