Across TCGA cell cohorts, WWC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,921 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WWC3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of translational initiation, Endosomal transport, and Macroautophagy. Each is linked with WWC3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WWC3-to-partner and partner-to-WWC3 results are reported.
