WWC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WWC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 587 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WWC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNK16, DEFB132, and F9. Each is linked with WWC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WWC3-to-partner and partner-to-WWC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNK16 grouped by WWC3-low versus WWC3-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WWC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→WWC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
