WT1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,620 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GFPT2_T227, FLNC, and PTGIS. Each is linked with WT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WT1-to-partner and partner-to-WT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
