Across TCGA cell cohorts, WT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,867 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of female gonad development, Negative regulation of gonad development, and Mesenchymal to epithelial transition. Each is linked with WT1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WT1-to-partner and partner-to-WT1 results are reported.
