WT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 138 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNL4, POM121L12, and ADIG. Each is linked with WT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WT1-to-partner and partner-to-WT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
