WSB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WSB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,213 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WSB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGAV, PXDN, and C1QB. Each is linked with WSB1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WSB1-to-partner and partner-to-WSB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WSB1 versus ITGAV in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WSB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WSB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
