WSB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WSB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,928 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WSB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK12, TBC1D10B, and TYMS. Each is linked with WSB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WSB1-to-partner and partner-to-WSB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WSB1 versus CDK12 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WSB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WSB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
