WSB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WSB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,652 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WSB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-15P, MIR4705, and MIR383. Each is linked with WSB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WSB1-to-partner and partner-to-WSB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU2-15P grouped by WSB1-low versus WSB1-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WSB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WSB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
