WSB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WSB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WSB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, FoxM1, and Rictor_pT1135. Each is linked with WSB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WSB1-to-partner and partner-to-WSB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by WSB1-low versus WSB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WSB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WSB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
